STEP 1:
After activating your account, you buy loadwallet from the authorized distribution center in your area or from your dealer or retailer. You load yourself using MyTURF load*. Available MyTURF load at the moment are Sun and Smart only (Vmobile is still negotiating for Globe's MyTURF load).
